Welcome to Donher. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with Donher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction).

  • You represent and warrant that all information you provide when placing an order (name, address, payment method, etc.) is truthful, accurate, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

  • Your order will be cancelled if you're billing and shipping address are not within the United States.

  • Prices are as listed on the site at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without notice but not after you've placed an order.

  • Payment must be made via the methods we accept. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it generally cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately; we may decline cancellation if fulfillment is already underway.

3. Shipping

  • United States: USD $15

Delivery & Customs

  • For U.S. orders: we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — you will not incur additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping Terms

  • We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or equivalent.

  • Once your package is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

  • You may be required to sign for delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Return Eligibility & Process

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date. 

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse, so we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping method.

  • A return invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

4.2 How to Return / Exchange

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us via email, providing your order number and reason.

  • You may need to cover shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its status (approved or rejected).

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a specified timeframe (e.g. 5–10 business days).

  • For exchanges, availability of the replacement item is subject to stock.

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping costs (outgoing) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Partial refunds or deductions may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what would be expected in a return.

4.4 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items, custom orders, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site (text, images, logos, designs, branding) is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and download content only for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased.

  • We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the Services.

  • Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Donher, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law, Disputes & Arbitration

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g. California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved via binding arbitration (except for small claims in court).

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. When we do, we’ll post the updated version on our website and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
